Forward Suite Privacy Policy

Forward Suite is built for AI-native builders who use Snap, Stand, and Stack to capture ideas, pressure-test product direction, and turn work into human-actionable steps.

This policy explains what information we may collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written for clarity, not to hide the important parts in legal fog.

What we collect

Forward Suite may collect the information needed to run your account and product experience, including authentication details, profile settings, waitlist submissions, product notes, notes imported through MCP-connected sources, AI discussion summaries, structured project context, tasks, schedules, and status check-ins you choose to add.

Account and sign-in

Forward Suite uses Apple, Google, and Firebase Authentication to create and secure accounts. We use authentication information to verify your identity, keep your data tied to your account, prevent unauthorized access, and operate account-related features.

AI conversation and product context

Snap, Stand, and Stack are designed around turning founder conversations into useful structure. If you add AI discussions, notes, MCP-imported material, or project material, we may store and process that content to summarize it, organize it, pressure-test it with agent workflows, and turn it into actionable plans.

Health and capacity context

Stack may use health or capacity signals only when you enable those features. Raw HealthKit samples stay on your device. Any synced health context is limited to planning-relevant summaries, such as sleep, activity, or recovery context, and is not used for advertising or resale.

How we use data

We use data to provide the product, preserve your work context, generate summaries, maintain agent workflows, create schedules, improve reliability, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and understand whether the service is working as intended.

AI processing

When AI features are enabled, relevant context may be sent to AI infrastructure so the product can summarize, debate, refine, or plan. We aim to send only the context needed for the feature you are using.

Third-party services

Forward Suite may use service providers for authentication, hosting, databases, analytics, email, payments, and AI infrastructure, including Firebase for authentication. These providers process information to help operate the product and are not allowed to sell your personal information for their own advertising.

Sharing and public content

Forward Suite does not currently provide public feeds or public sharing links for your saved notes, tasks, plans, or imported MCP content. Your account content is intended to remain private to your account unless you intentionally export it or share it outside the product.

Data control and deletion

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account and associated product data. When you delete your account in the app, access stops immediately, Firebase Authentication is deleted, and the app shows the deletion as complete. Account data may be retained briefly for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or abuse-prevention purposes, generally for up to 30 days or a shorter legally required period, and is then permanently deleted or de-identified. Account restoration is not offered to users after deletion.

No sale of personal data

Forward Suite does not sell personal data. Health or capacity-related information is not used for advertising.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect product data. No online service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so please avoid adding sensitive information that is not needed for your work.
